For Ellie...

Yet love floats
far and wide,
traveling so slowly..."

beautiful sentiment. I had a dear friend who lost her grandmother this past week, and another who lost her son (although it was six years ago, she still feels the pain). i'd would be sure to give you credit for the sentiment.

actually... i'd really like to use this on a sympathy card.

I'm afraid I don't know who Ellie is, but those are lovely words Donna. I still smile every time I see that photo of you poking your head round the corner!!

T--- By all means, you have my permission to use it and just treat as a quote and write my name underneath if you would...

Thisisme: She is a fellow blogger who's soul mate was killed. She is on the path to healing through her writing and poetry.

Donna, you are so sweet to me. I thank God for meeting you in this journey of blogging. I've thought of giving up so many times & God sends people like you to uplift me and let me know that I'm not alone, that others have gone through it and survived. So I must be able to do it too, even if all I want is really sleep. Thanks for the love & encouragement. (Hugs)

Donna, you are a treasure. Your posts, poetry and zest for life are an inspiration to me. I wish I could give you a big hug! Maybe we will have a chance to...

Fantastico! (or something like that) I agree with every word. How about "When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore! Viva Italia. (You probably can't guess, but I don't really speak Italian.) You are a lucky woman.
