I know what you mean...these are very trying times, to say the least! My husband has been in banking over 45 years and he has NEVER seen things as bad as they are!

Hi betty: Sorry, guess I was not clear. It is NOT our real estate agent, it is the agent for the people who want to buy our house. THEIR agent wants to cut out the agent we used before we took the house off the market.

I was suppose to call her back today...but I didn't. I will call her tomorrow and tell her they better keep looking as we would have to sell it for more to absorb the fees we had to pay for the Reverse Mortgage.

We are not going to even consider moving in the heat of the Nevada summers. June through August are HORRENDOUS with triple digits! The monsoons and flash flooding are July through September. October is beautiful and then it o gets cold after Halloween through January. February through May is PERFECT weather.Donna B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07015770616281528620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211623838666231630.post-83686413587001497612010-06-04T23:08:01.031-07:002010-06-04T23:08:01.031-07:00Well if the Realtor didn't let you know those ...Well if the Realtor didn't let you know those folk were still interested, what does she expect?
I prefer things to be a little less hectic, hope the roller coaster ride doesn't last too long for you!
PennyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211623838666231630.post-10898275660488319172010-06-04T16:19:22.412-07:002010-06-04T16:19:22.412-07:00I don't like your real estate agent either; a ...I don't like your real estate agent either; a little unethical in my opinion to go behind her broker's back

always interesting what curves life throws us indeed

bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211623838666231630.post-71907225599204958792010-06-04T15:31:12.252-07:002010-06-04T15:31:12.252-07:00And when I get to it, my next posting is going to ...And when I get to it, my next posting is going to be about uncertainty...of which there seems to be an unending supply. Sometimes we need the quiet of the merry-go-round to collect our thoughts. Can't do that when you're hanging on just to stay in the seat.Marylinn Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02759437467691163658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211623838666231630.post-74622028498040798332010-06-04T13:03:32.824-07:002010-06-04T13:03:32.824-07:00Teresa and Dr. Soosie: It's like in that movi...Teresa and Dr. Soosie: It's like in that movie, PARENTHOOD with Steve Martin and Mary Steenburgen. Steve's character, Gil was talking to the Grandma. The grandma told him her husband took her on a roller coaster when she was 19...."it was just so interesting to me that a ride could make me so frightened, so scared, so sick, so excited, and so thrilled all together! Some didn't like it. They went on the merry-go-round. That just goes around. Nothing. I like the roller coaster. You get more out of it."

It's so true, riding the roller coaster is much more exciting than the merry-go-round!!!Donna B.https://www.blogger.com/profile/07015770616281528620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7211623838666231630.post-78611796724053258442010-06-04T12:11:33.939-07:002010-06-04T12:11:33.939-07:00it is so true about life being a roller coaster. But...and I mean this sincerely...I will take it all. I don't know or want to know what the alternative is at this time. So I will keep getting back in line for the ride and just 'roll"with it all.
hope you have a great weekend and thanks for commenting on my blog.
